The service
Replicio provides an online platform to connect Google Business Profile, sync reviews, generate draft replies with your involvement, and publish replies when you choose. Features depend on your plan and Google’s APIs; we may change or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- Attempting to access data or systems you are not authorized to use
- Interfering with or disrupting the service or other users
- Using the service to violate law or third-party rights
- Reverse engineering or scraping the service except as permitted by law
Google and third parties
Your use of Google Business Profile is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. Replicio is not endorsed by Google. Third-party services (e.g. payment providers) have their own terms.
Content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for replies you approve and publish.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout / pricing. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes may apply. We may change prices with advance notice.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that AI outputs will be accurate or appropriate for every situation. You review and approve content before it is made public.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Replicio and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty pounds sterling), except where limitation is prohibited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account as described on our Account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or risk to the service or others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
