Account deletion
You can request to delete your account and associated personal data, subject to legal and billing retention requirements.
Before you delete
Deleting your account will remove access to the Replicio dashboard, AI drafts, and connected workflows. Posted replies on Google remain on Google; account deletion does not remove content already published there.
How to request deletion
- Signed-in: Use in-product account or settings options if we provide a “Delete account” action.
- Email: Send a request from the email address on your account to info@replicio.com with the subject “Account deletion”. Include your account email so we can verify ownership.
If you are not sure whether you still have access, use the email option so we can help verify your identity.
What we delete
After verification, we delete or anonymize personal data tied to your user profile where we no longer need it, including profile details, preferences, and operational content that is not subject to a legal hold.
We may retain limited records where required for:
- Legal, tax, or regulatory obligations
- Resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements
- Legitimate security or fraud-prevention needs
Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained for analytics.
Billing
If you have an active subscription, cancel it in billing settings or contact us so we can help avoid further charges before or as part of closure. Invoices and payment records may be retained as required by law and our payment processor.
