Who we are

Replicio provides software to manage Google Business Profile reviews. If you have questions about this policy, contact us via the details on our contact page.

What we collect

• Account data: such as name, email, and authentication identifiers when you register or log in.
• Usage and product data: such as workspace activity, feature usage, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Google connection data: when you connect Google Business Profile, we process tokens and business content (e.g. reviews and replies) as described when you authorize access. We use this only to provide the features you request.
• Billing data: payment processing may be handled by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use data

We use personal data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, send service-related messages, analyze usage in aggregate, comply with law, and protect against abuse or fraud.

Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region, we rely on bases such as contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security and product improvement, balanced against your rights), and consent where required (for example, certain cookies or marketing communications).

Retention
